Special Education Consultation / Advocacy - ($120 per hour)

  • Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Review & Advocacy
    Thorough analysis of current IEPs and 504 Plans to ensure goals, accommodations, and services align with your child's unique needs.

  • Meeting Preparation & Support
    Guidance and coaching before IEP, eligibility, or school meetings—and optional attendance for advocacy during key meetings.

  • Educational Assessments & Recommendations
    Interpretation of evaluations and data to provide clear, actionable strategies tailored to your child’s learning profile.

  • Home-to-School Collaboration
    Help bridging communication between families and school teams to foster stronger, more effective partnerships.

  • Customized Learning & Behavior Plans
    Development of individualized learning supports, executive functioning strategies, and behavior plans that can be implemented at home and school.

  • Service & Placement Navigation
    Support exploring appropriate services, school settings, and specialized programs, including public, private, or hybrid options.

  • Parent Coaching & Empowerment
    One-on-one sessions to build parental confidence in advocating for your child and understanding your legal rights.

  • Transition Planning
    Assistance with educational transitions (e.g., early intervention to preschool, elementary to middle school, high school to post-secondary).

  • Equity & Inclusion Support
    Recommendations for increasing meaningful inclusion in general education and addressing barriers to access.

  • Ongoing Case Management & Check-ins
    Continued support to monitor progress, adjust plans, and ensure your child’s needs are consistently being met.
