Outdoor Sports Enrichment & Lessons

Movement is a powerful way to learn. Our outdoor lessons in skateboarding, snowboarding, and fly fishing, offered across the Denver Metro Area, are designed for playful learning, building resilience, and increasing confidence in youth. Every session is paced to honor each child’s rhythm and is grounded in respect, trust, and curiosity because we believe in relationships first and inclusive, individualized support. Skateboarding Lessons - ($70 per/hour)

Locations:

  • Meet at Local Skateparks Across the Denver Metro and Areas

  • Beginner to Intermediate Skill Building
     Learn balance, board control, pushing, carving, and basic tricks — through lessons that are rooted in fun and based on your child’s zone of proximal development.

  • Safety First
     Proper helmet, fall techniques to improve safety, skate park etiquette, joint mobility stretches prior to lesson, and environment awareness is taught from day one.

  • Confidence & Progression
     Personalized instruction that is paced and tailored specifically to how your child moves. All in the name of having fun and progressing. Build confidence at their own pace.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Skill Building
    Exposure to skating different park features including ramps, rails, boxes, etc and learning more advanced tricks — through lessons that are rooted in fun and based on your child’s zone of proximal development.

  • Mindfulness on Wheels
     Develop resilience, focus, and body awareness through skating. We also incorporate visualization, mindfulness, and neuroscientist researched techniques to quiet our minds when experiencing stress.

    *** Don’t have your own gear? No problem! Rent a skateboard and helmet starting for $10 per session. ***

 Snowboarding Sessions - ($70 per/hour)

Locations:

  • Ruby Hill (The ONLY outdoor city run snowboard and ski terrain park in the United States!)

  • Interested in riding at an established ski resort in the Colorado mountains? Contact us to discuss potential options.

  • Foundations of Snowboarding
     Learn stance, edge control, turning, and safe navigation of slopes.

  • Small Group or 1:1 Instruction
     Lessons adapted to each rider’s ability level, comfort, and goals.

  • Gear Guidance
     Help selecting and using snowboarding equipment properly for safety and performance.

  • Mountain Safety Education
     Learn mountain etiquette, trail signs, and how to stay safe in variable snow conditions.

  • Fun, Empowering Environment
     Build strength, confidence, and community on the mountain.

Fly Fishing Sessions - ($70 per/hour)

  • Meet at Local Ponds and Lakes Across the Denver Metro and Areas.

  • Interested in fishing public rivers and lakes in the Colorado mountains? Contact us to discuss potential options!

     Step-by-step instruction on fly casting, line control, and essential knots.

  • Water Safety & Wading Basics
     Learn how to read water, move safely in streams, and use gear with care.

     Education on local aquatic ecosystems, fish behavior, and catch-and-release ethics.
